Morning run - energetic through Cape Town 5.30am, the sun rises on the horizon, the morning mist lies like a soft blanket over the city. The first steps are hard, but with each step and the awakening of the city, energy begins to flow through the still sleepy body. As is often the case, the photo shoot begins early in the morning. The emptiness of the city, the softness of the light and the tiredness is replaced by the energetic atmosphere that only an early bird knows. Cape Town is a stunning, vibrant metropolis, a cultural melting pot, filled with young, athletic people. Waking up early is difficult, but the satisfaction and energy of a morning run through Cape Town outweighs it.
